Koh-I-Noor’s Progresso Woodless pencils are unique solid colour lead sticks with a lacquer coating. They have a pleasantly weighty feel and contain a wide range of dense, evenly dispersed pigments that lay down easily. They work beautifully in delicate layers or in heavy strokes, and because of the softness of the lead they blend extraordinarily well. Since there is no wood casing, woodless coloured pencils are excellent for precise artwork as well as broad, loose strokes, and shading work. They can be sharpened with a traditional pencil sharpener, and the shavings can be used for smudging in colour.
The lead of Magic coloured pencils contains three different colours, leaving unique variegated traces when used. You can affect stroke colour simply by twisting the nib. An effective way to use Magic coloured pencils is linear drawing. Even with a simple drawing motif, you can achieve a surprisingly great result thanks to a multicoloured lead. But they are also perfect for colouring large areas like sky, water surface, or grass. Thanks to their varicoloured pencil lead, you don't have to change coloured pencils and mix shades complicatedly.
You can very well use Magic colored pencils in ordinary drawing and sketching to liven up the picture and make it more dynamic thanks to untraditional color trace. Quick sketches of portraits and figures get a lively and nontraditional character without much effort.
